The Lithuanian State Symphony Orchestra announces a competition to fill vacancy in the DOUBLE-BASS section.
Salary: 2000-2500 Eur bruto per month.
Requirements: please send video recording of orchestral parts and solo piece (download here), and your CV to jurgita@lvso.lt until 30 September 2024.
The candidates should prepare the first movement of a classical concerto. Choosing from the following:
1. C. D. Von Dittersdorf 1st movement with Cadenza (Gruber) or
2. J. B. Vanhal Double bass concerto in D major. 1st movement.
*ALL THE MATERIAL TO BE PLAYED IN ORCHESTRAL TUNNING.*
The audition will take place on October in LVSO Concert Hall, Vilnius, Lithuania (exact date and time to be announced later).
