On the magical New Year's Eve, as we impatiently count down the final moments of the year and expectantly look up at the sky lit up by fireworks, the Lithuanian State Symphony Orchestra and maestro Gintaras Rinkevičius invite you to a special New Year's Eve Gala Concert featuring most beautiful opera highlights sung by widely acclaimed Lithuanian soloists, Lauryna Bendžiūnaitė, Ieva Prudnikovaitė and Edgaras Davidovičius. Thanks to deep-rooted traditions of the Lithuanian school of singing, the country boasts quite a few opera stars that shine on major world stages. Lauryna Bendžiūnaitė and Ieva Prudnikovaitė are soloists with the Staatsoper Stuttgart and Aalto-Musiktheater Essen respectively. Edgaras Davidovičius is a member of the Lithuanian National Opera And Ballet Theatre.
