Concert tickets available at the largest discounts until 1 October

The Lithuanian State Symphony Orchestra (artistic leader and chief conductor Gintaras Rinkevičius) has been offering a sale of season tickets to a concert series called “Sukurk savo koncertų seriją” (Create your own concert series) from 18 August until 1 October. Tickets are sold at the largest discounts – at 25 percent and 30 percent. Discounts are available to those who buy tickets for three or more different concerts. It is a convenient way to plan your leisure time as well as to save money. These special discounts are valid for fifteen concerts. Concert goers will be able to create their own original concert series. Tickets are sold at the Congress Concert Hall and Bilietai.lt box offices.

The Lithuanian State Symphony Orchestra (artistic director and chief conductor G. Rinkevičius) continues their 20th jubilee concert season at their home, Vilnius Congress Concert Hall, and presents the Christmas season-ticket campaign “Create your own series of concerts”. During the campaign, tickets to concerts in January - June 2009 will be sold with the greatest discounts. Buyers who will fill the coupons will be able to win a special prize by the Orchestra and “airBaltic” – a concert journey to the Latvian National Opera (2 plain tickets, 2 performance tickets) and a prize by hotel “Regina” – short holidays in Druskininkai.
Legendary Russian Orchestra will perform in Vilnius

The Lithuanian State Symphony Orchestra (artistic director and chief conductor G. Rinkevičius) presents the State Academic Symphonic Orchestra of Russia (Svetlanov symphony orchestra) concert in the Vilnius Congress Concert Hall. The concert will take place on the 21st of October with the participation of a piano virtuoso Denis Macujev, whose skill has won the hearts of the Lithuanian audience. The concert will be conducted by Mark Gorenshtein. You will hear S. Prokofjev’s Concerto for piano No.3 and. S. Rachmaninov’s Symphony No.2.
